Experienced Customer Support Agenct for E-commerce Brand.
At Suppdog, the fastest growing supplement company for dogs in Europe, we are dedicated to excellent customer service. We believe that the heart of our success lies with our dedicated team, and we are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to strengthen our team.
What Will You Do?
– Provide support and solutions to customers via email, and live chat.
– Process and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints.
– Collaborate with various departments to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
– Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service processes.
– Administrative tasks related to customer service.
Who Are We Looking For?
– You have excellent communicative skills in English.
– You have experience in the use of AI (we are Live in Europa)
– So all the answers will need to be translated to the native country with AI
– Experience in a customer service environment is an advantage.
– You are customer-oriented, patient, and solution-oriented.
– You can multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
– Basic knowledge of Re:amaze & WooCommerce is a plus.
