We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a customer service representative to join our ever expanding e-commerce team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.

We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch products/services to our valued customers. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Effectively communicate with customers via email, addressing their needs and concerns with correct grammar.
– Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions, going the extra mile to provide a resolution to any concerns customers may have.
– Quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues using critical thinking.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Stay updated with our product range to provide accurate information.
– Utilise our systems and other relevant software for tracking and resolving issues.
– Handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on service quality.
– Mediate and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
– Continuously learn and adapt to changes in company policies or product offerings.
– Work independently with little supervision, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
– Follow instructions meticulously and take initiative where necessary.

Qualifications:

Previous Experience: Must have prior customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Must have prior previous experience with direct to customer, e-commerce businesses.
Must have previous experience using the AliExpress platform, dealing with disputes and issues with orders.
– Communication: Excellent English writing skills are essential.
– Technical: Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
– Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations and find effective solutions.
– Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
– Cultural Awareness: Ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
– Education: A degree or relevant qualification is a plus.
