MedPro Disposal, the largest privately held services and solutions company in a 2+ billion-dollar healthcare market segment in Naperville, IL, seeks a driven and experienced Customer Service Representative/Admin Assistant to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be a combination of Customer Service and admin assistant who will ensure we provide exceptional service to our valued healthcare clients along with handling admin tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

– Responding promptly to customer inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels & acknowledging and resolving customer complaints (voice/email).
– Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions; processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
– Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
– Calendar scheduling and task-oriented work while supporting the CA team

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
– At least 2 years of Customer Service (BPO) and Admin assistant experience
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Flexible – Willing to take on tasks, instructions, and/or work requests as needed
– Resilient – Can work with less supervision, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task effectively
– Professional; fast learner & who can adapt to change
– Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and other related software

Basic Technical Requirements:
– Your own laptop/desktop PC with the following minimum specs: i5 5th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed; Windows 10 upwards.
– A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10-15Mbps with a backup internet connection
– Noise-canceling headset/headphones
