Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant for $6/hr and a flexible schedule. This hybrid role requires a passion for interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction while also providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate should enjoy engaging with clients, possess excellent communication skills, and be highly organized to manage various administrative tasks effectively. This position will play a pivotal role in helping with writing tasks, including book editing, and will have the opportunity to grow with our brand and company.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
-Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
-Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to potential customers.

Administrative Support:
-Manage and efficiently organize management’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
-Help with writing tasks such as editing and transcribing documents, including books, webinars, and online course modules.
-Collaborate with the team to improve the overall design and wording of content and presentations.

Writing and Editing:
-Edit and proofread written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
-Provide creative input to enhance the quality and impact of various materials.
-Support the editing and transcribing of the company founder’s book and other written materials.

Graphics and Media:
-Create and edit graphic designs for website content, social media posts, YouTube videos, podcasts, and other marketing materials.
-Assist in editing videos and using software like Photoshop for image editing.

Research and Input:
-Conduct basic research to provide valuable input and suggestions for various projects.
-Assist in identifying pricing options and strategies for products and services.

Long-term Team Member:
-Aspire to become a long-term team member, growing with the company as it expands.
-Demonstrate loyalty, enthusiasm, and commitment to the brand’s values and goals.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, and writing/editing tasks.
-Strong communication skills with a passion for interacting with customers and team members.
-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
-Proficiency in editing and proofreading written content, paying attention to grammar, spelling, and clarity.
-Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Photoshop.
-Excellent research abilities to provide valuable insights and suggestions.
-Interest in personal development, financial investments, and taxes is a plus.
