This person will need to be a quick learner and be able to manage and train future employees. Your number 1 responsibility will be to learn how to use our software limo anywhere. You will take reservations by phone and input reservations from email and WhatsApp messages. You will learn how to send reservations to affiliates and to add affiliates to our system. You will add new drivers and cars to our system. Shifts will vary and you can work your way up to better shifts and more hours.. My plan is to add additional employees but that will happen in phases. I would additionally like to set up a call center in Cebu IT Park Philippines and offer services to other Limousine operators. So there are many advancement opportunities for you. I am looking for someone responsible and who is looking for long term work. The more you invest in the company the more the company will invest in you.

A Call Center Representative takes inbound and makes outbound calls with customers. Their duties include responding to questions and concerns about products or services their company offers.

Call Center Representative responsibilities include:
Managing of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
You will also have a secondary assignment that you will work on when there are no calls from clients to attend to.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
