Job Description

We are a Plumbing, Heating, and Services Business based in Ireland operating since 2011. We are constantly expanding and growing. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with good Admin experience. We are offering a base salary of $900 per month with monthly bonuses for reaching targets and goals. Salary paid weekly. This is a full-time position.

Job Criteria:
1. We will expect you to work in our timezone: Time Zone GMT UTC +0
2. You will be managing a Geographical area.
3. Liaise with customers in English, through phone, email, and chat support. Always keeping the customer up to date.
4. Project-manage installation, repairs, and maintenance for customers.
5. Oversee the property repairs or installation for each property from beginning to end.
6. Oversee and maintain a list of contractors plumbers, heating engineers, electricians, roofers, painters, and drainage engineers.
7. Create a list of Trustworthy Contractors, by networking and calling tradespeople to come on board.
8. Obtain contractor/vendor quotes for the customer’s project.
9. Convert customer inquiries into a job and allocate them to a tradesperson from your list of contractors.
10. The Job will be fully trackable through our Job Management system from start to finish.
11. Collect all relevant insurance, certificates, and trade qualifications from contractors.

Requirements for this Position:
1. Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience in residential or real estate.
2. Minimum of 1 year of handling or dealing with property management.
3. Quick learner and adaptable to change.
4. Must have good English, written and spoken.
5. Good organization skills and high-quality attention to detail.
6. Willing to learn new skills.
