Coghlan is a full service e-commerce fulfilment house currently with four locations across Australia and New Zealand. What that means is that we store, pick, pack and ship thousands of our customers’ products to consumers across the globe every day. At the heart of what we do is delivering on our brand promise – making business easier for our many and varied ecommerce clients.

As such we’re looking to hire several people to fulfil the roles of customer service/admin associate.

On a daily basis, you will be managing customer tickets, enquiries and issues within a help desk environment. You must respond to customers in a timely fashion, even if it’s to tell them that you’ve received their request and are looking for a solution. Critical to your success will be adherence to our systems and protocols in order to maintain our ticketing system records. As you progress and learn, you may also be asked to assist with customer billing and other admin tasks on an as-needs basis.

You will need to be available on a rotating roster basis to cover the week (6 days) and potentially starting no later than 6am AEST and working until 5pm AEST. Generally 7 hours a day excluding breaks.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have;

* Strong attention to detail and be able to follow systems/processes. If you’re not high in C on the DISC profile, this role probably isn’t for you.
* Impeccable problem solving abilities. If you like a good spot-the-difference puzzle, crossword, Sudoku or escape room, this role might be for you.
* Great written communication skills to ensure that all communication is balanced between being customer centric and supporting the company’s goals.
* Strong organisational capacity
* A desire to get the job done in a timely fashion
* The ability to represent the company to our customers and potential customers
Although training will be provided, previous customer service experience within a ticketing/helpdesk environment is preferred.
