Hello, Jobseekers!

We are looking for someone who can support our client reach her goal for her business. We need a VA who has a strong customer service and administrative background. You’ll be assisting US clients and the schedule is 10 pm-6 am PH time.

These are the areas of responsibilities within the role:
– Managing emails and documents.
-Creating invoices
-Scheduling appointments and coordinating with the client
-Managing CRM (basically keeping everything organized and running smoothly with the clients!)
– Answer phone calls. Don’t worry – there is no cold calling and they’re automating things to make your life easier and minimize the phone calls.
-Chat support
-Project management experience is a plus, and a background in Psychology or teaching is needed but not required.
