ROLE:
Overview:
– We are looking for passionate, motivated and quick-thinking customer service agents to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
– This role is a fully remote role.
Who Are We?
– At Comma Football, we pride ourselves on making the best jerseys on the planet.
– We started back in 2016 as a design studio, and in late 2022 we decided to turn our love for football into real-life products that people can wear and enjoy for life.
– We’ve only released 5 jerseys in almost 12 months – as our philosophy is that less is more.
– As such, we have an extremely lean and close-knit team running the business – by joining us, you aren’t joining a company where you do your job and never interact with anyone. You’re joining a team.
Where Do You Fit?
– More often than not, the only time a customer gets to interact with Comma Football is through our customer service.
– Thus it is essential that the customer receives fast and compassionate responses to their concerns, so that their experience is exceptional.
– As a rapidly growing company, we have had to bring on more amazing customer service agents to communicate with our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Answering, assigning and escalating support tickets using Zendesk
– Communicating with our shipping partner using their own platform, as well as Google Sheets
– Changing orders on Shopify
– Shipping and editing orders from our shipping partner platform
RESULTS:
– All support tickets are resolved within 5 days of receiving
– Daily tasks are successfully and reliably completed with minimal preventable errors
– Always available during work hours
REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
– Strong understanding of spoken and written English
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficient in Excel and data entry
– Good internet connection and reliable computer with the ability to video conference via Zoom
– Flexibility to work within the appropriate time zones
– Happy to take on ad-hoc tasks as required
JOB DETAILS:
– Location: Work from Home
– Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday
– Pay Rate: $5.5 USD per hour
