Customer service agent (GORGIAS EXPERIENCE)

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional with a knack for multitasking and a passion for providing excellent support? We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position that requires expertise in Gorgias, at least 1 year of experience, and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support through various channels (email, chat, social media, etc.).
Respond to customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming to achieve prompt resolutions.
Moderate social media platforms, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and maintaining a positive online presence.
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and assist with general operations as needed.
Utilize Excel and Google Sheets proficiently for accurate data entry and reporting.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience using Gorgias, demonstrating a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer service role, showcasing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, enabling efficient data entry and manipulation.
