Customer Service Agent (Phone)

Freebird Modern Headcare (Click to view/) is a fast-growing men’s head care company.

We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our team who are fun and communicate well with others while excelling in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This means the ability to adapt to new policies and procedures on short notice, handle increased workloads when needed, and be able to learn all of our new concepts and products as they are released, all while keeping our customers happy!

Prospective employees will be answering phone calls, responding to SMS support issues, and calling back customer voicemails from current, and future customers, while using software platforms to issue refunds, warranties, returns, etc. Also, must have excellent product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and fluent English (Preferably Speaking & Writing)

Work shift schedules are 5 days a week, and can begin between 7PM – 6AM Manila (6AM – 5PM Eastern Standard Time)

Requirements:
– Reliable computer (no work on mobile or tablet devices)
– Reliable, Consistent Internet Connection
– Fluent English
– Prior Experience with Phone Support

Preferred Position Skills:
– Support Platforms (Gorgias, Helpdesk, etc.)
– Payment Platforms (Shopify, Recharge, etc.)
– Creative Thinking
– Punctual
– Ability to discern customers’ tone of voice through email/chat (Advanced English)

The starting pay is $4.00 an hour with the opportunity for raises based on performance, and growth within the company.
