Job Description:

If so, we want you to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant responsible for managing our fitness coach and influencer email ticket system.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Ticket System Management: Efficiently manage incoming customer inquiries, feedback, and requests through our email ticket system (HelpScout).
Customer Support: Provide timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing assistance with fitness-related questions.
Knowledge of Fitness: Utilise your personal training or fitness coaching qualifications to provide accurate and valuable advice to customers regarding their fitness journeys.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services and processes.
Feedback Loop: Share valuable customer insights and feedback with the team to enhance our platform and services.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer interactions are in line with our company’s policies and standards.
Qualifications:

Qualified as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach.
Passion for fitness and a deep understanding of fitness principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in UK-based English.
Previous experience using HelpScout or similar customer support software is a plus.
Previous experience working with fitness coaches or in the fitness industry is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-centric approach.
