Position: Customer Service/Admin Executive

Location: Remote Position [Singapore Time-Zone]

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Handling up to 30 clients at a time
Respond promptly and professionally to client’s inquiries via whatsapp/telegram/email
Assist with onboarding for new clients via zoom
Resolve client’s issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction
Study client modules to be able to direct clients to relevant videos when needed
Assist with recording and taking notes during coaching session and uploading on various channels
Utilise feedback to enhance personal and team performance
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices
Keep clients accountable on their homework/challenges
Weekly check-in with clients
Communicating with the management and team of client’s progress
Handle client payments
Assist with ad-hoc work given by the Director, Head of Marketing and Client Success
Other administrative work

Requirements:
Monday – Friday (10am-7pm SG Timezone)
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a bonus
2 months probation before confirmation

Salary: up to USD $650 – $700

Expected start date: ASAP
