Job Title: Customer Service and Administration Manager

Full Time: 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. CST

Job Overview:
This is a pivotal role where the candidate will not only provide and process orders and quotes, but handle customer success tasks. Initially focused on client support and administration, this position will evolve into a sales-centric role, offering the right candidate a comprehensive understanding of our products and clientele.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer service emails, calls, and chats.
Send out quotes and process orders for online and manually quote purchases.
Address client inquiries, provide product recommendations, and generate custom quotes.
Oversee order management, from processing to delivery.
Coordinate third-party installations and assembly services.
Administer company’s communication platforms, including email, chat, and phone.
Engage with team members to ensure consistent and superior customer experience.
Meet and surpass sales objectives set by the management.
Transition to a more sales-focused role with an emphasis on product expertise.
Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Fluent English speaking and writing proficiency
Client Success/Customer service experience.
Access to reliable internet for online connection
Strong multi-tasking skills in a high-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or certifications preferred.
Willing and able to work 9-5 CST for american clients
Advantageous Skills:
Prior experience with a US-based company or serving US clientele.
Experience with an online Shopify store.
Interest or experience in fitness and gym equipment
