Responsibilities
Be the go-to person for our customers, offering email, chat, and phone support
Respond to customer queries swiftly and effectively, resolving any issues that arise
Spot unsatisfied customers proactively and take the initiative to address their concerns
Manage our Amazon account, optimizing listings and handling customer queries related to our products on Amazon

Requirements
Relevant experience in roles such as Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or Amazon Account Management
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Strong experience in customer service, including phone, chat, and email support
Experience in managing Amazon accounts is preferred, but not required
Proficiency in word-processing software, spreadsheets, and online calendars
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Superior time management and organizational skills
Stable, high-speed internet connection
Full-time availability, with the ability to work between 12 PM – 9 PM Eastern Time Zone.
