RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Answer customer service phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
– Manage the customer service email inbox, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer feedback with care and attention.
– Communicate with delivery drivers to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations.
– Monitor delivery routes and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
– Liaise with internal teams, including sales, operations, and warehouse staff, to ensure seamless coordination of customer orders and deliveries.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and logistics activities using our internal systems.
– Identify and escalate any customer issues or logistical challenges to management promptly, offering potential solutions and recommendations.

NON-NEGOTIABLES:
– Previous experience in customer service or logistics coordination roles is highly desirable.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or logistics software is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure when addressing customer concerns or logistical challenges.

Availability: 20 hours per week (MST)
