Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist to join our team.
This role is pivotal in managing customer interactions and processing orders with precision and care, ensuring our customers receive the personalized service that drives our business forward.

We need someone who can close sales over the phone like a rock star without being too pushy.
We need someone who can stop what they’re doing and answer the phone at any point in the day while keeping track of all the little details.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction – Engage with customers through phone, email, online chat, and social media,
Order Processing – Follow our five-step order processing system meticulously, from assessing fraud risk to fulfilling orders with accurate tracking details. This includes placing orders with suppliers, capturing payment, and updating our bookkeeping records.
Supplier Coordination – Efficiently place orders with our suppliers, ensuring products are in stock and orders are confirmed and processed within 24 hours.
Customer Support – Handle returns, manage shipping inquiries and close sales over the phone, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service and order processing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in managing multiple communication channels.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with Shopify, Google Sheets.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude towards customer service.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Knowledge of bidet products and the bathroom fixtures industry is a plus.
