US Inspect, a national leader in the home inspection industry, has a great opportunity for a customer-focused salesperson to join our team. As a member of the Residential Sales Team, you will become an expert on our product offering, working with homebuyers and Realtors to book residential home inspections using a consultative sales approach. You will also support our team of inspectors by making sure they have the resources they need, ensuring inspections go off without a hitch.
Success will be measured by your ability to convert leads into appointments, your individual productivity, your accuracy and attention to detail, and your commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a great position for someone with customer service and/or sales experience who also has an interest in the real estate industry.
What you will do:
-Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and SMS inquiries, providing outstanding customer service
-Convert inquiries into appointments using a consultative sales approach
-Assist with all field agents and client needs associated with the scheduling of inspections nationwide
-Coordinate with subcontractors
-Maintain the company’s residential client database
-Become an expert in the inspection industry and our product offering – cross-sell additional inspection types (termite, radon, etc.) based on property details and potential customer need
-Work effectively as a member of the Residential Sales Team, providing feedback and support to peers and being solution-oriented
What we are looking for:
-Prior sales or customer service experience in the real estate industry
-Prior experience with home inspection scheduling software ISN (Inspection Support Network)
-Personable, outgoing, and positive team member
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with extreme attention to detail
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent problem-solving and research/investigation skills to address inquiries and technical questions posed by the client
-Tech-savvy and ability to navigate and pick up new systems quickly
