Looking to hire a Customer Service and Sales Representatives to support with Inbound and Outbound Emails and phone calls, Live Chats, Social media Comments etc.

You will be responsible in communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales. Sales Reps serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services. Responsibilities:
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling/meetings
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Communicating with customers through various channels.
Manage the customer experience by answering phone calls, emails, chat support with solution oriented and value-added responses.
Assign ready orders and monitor delivery agents for delivery within the promised time.
Monitor deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on-time.
Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
Must be able to work according to Australian hours from 8am to 5pm.
Reply within 1.5 hours to all Customers on various platform mainly email and social media channels

Qualifications:

Excellent Fluent verbal and written English skills.
Strong use of English grammar.
Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service Experience.
Must be able to communicate effectively via online platforms.
Must be super organised, have good engagement skills

Requirements:
A high-speed internet connection (for customer calls and company video meetings)
A quiet place to work (no loud distractions)
A reliable computer to work from
