The Most Important Skills
* Excellent writing skills (the most important skill you should have).
* Great communicator (since you will be talking to customers most of the time, it is crucial that you communicate well).
* Strong organizational skills.
* Pay very close attention to detail.
* Be excited to learn and grow. I spend a lot of money on courses for my employees.

Business Tasks (read carefully!)
* Customer service – respond to technical and product related concerns
* Customer success – check in on customers (ask for reviews/feedback; resolve any concerns they have).
* Data collection on our clients: Track which ones had problems, which ones are super happy, and which aren’t, etc. Update our database to keep records.
* Group orders – build email lists, send emails, and oversee full execution.
* To be eligible, include the high school that I attended in the title
* Reddit engagement/management – join communities/subreddits, leave comments, and upvote posts related to our business.
* Complete personal tasks
* And more

This role will typically have hours from 7 am to 4 pm ET.
