About The Role
We are looking for an experienced customer service personnel who not only has great empathy and compassion. Struggling with acne is painful and we really care as a company and you need to exhibit the same level of passion and care to help customers resolve their acne issues. This person we are looking for is a multi-tasker, driven and sets himself/herself to high standards and is willing to learn and has a positive attitude.
Do note that this is not just a Customer Service Role, we will need you to be a self-starter and be flexible to help out in other tasks in marketing, such as video editing mainly using CapCut when there’s no enquiries.
Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
– Work from 6pm –6am Philippines time with an hour break from 1-2pm. (However, first two weeks of training will be from 9am to 6pm first)
– Monitoring our social media, sales platforms, live chat to make sure queries are promptly answered.
– Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
– Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
– Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
– Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
– Other scope of work would be general Admin and Marketing stuff during lull time.
– Proficient in video editing with Capcut.
– Has a good eye on videos that can convert and run ads.
Education and Experience Requirements:
– Must be able to write and speak good English.
– University/college degree is an asset
– Familiarity with office software and CapCut
– Previous experience or interest in beauty customer support industry, preferred
– Previous experience as a video editor and understand how videos that work for ads should be edited is a major plus
Salary :
– Php 25,000-35,000 with 2 months variable bonus based on KPIs.
