Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our company and play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
What we are looking for:
Experience: We are looking for candidates with demonstrated customer service experience. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and know how to resolve customer issues effectively.
Zendesk: Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not a requirement. If you are familiar with it, that is an advantage, but we can also provide training and support for candidates who want to learn.
Flexibility: We believe in flexibility. Our team has the freedom to work when it suits them best. This means that you can set your own working hours so that you have plenty of free time. You can even work nights if you want!
Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via email.
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
– Recording customer information and communication in our system (Zendesk).
– Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to complex customer inquiries.
