This is a part-time job. Approximately 20 hours per week in June, July every year.
In August through May, approximately 25-35 hours per week.
This job shift is for early morning (graveyard shift) Philippine time 2:30am-10:30am on weekdays.
On two weekends per month, you will work Sunday/Monday from 12:00am (midnight) – 5:00am Philippine time.

Our company provides private, 1-on-1 tutoring to high school students in our local office in Alamo, California, United States. We have been in business since 2005.
We are seeking a customer service agent who has experience answering the phone, booking appointments, speaking with American clients, problem solving minor customer service issues directly with our clients, and has at least 3 years experience working in a customer service office position. You will be providing customer service. You will not be a tutor.
The majority of our services do not require you to speak to any angry clients.
Your direct supervisors are based in California, USA.
An experienced VA is required. If you have not performed customer service work in an office before or have less than 3 years experience, this is NOT the position for you.
