Early Morning Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for a part-time (20 hours a week) customer service assistant for our business. We offer online courses and programmes in the area of personal & spiritual development as well as holistic business coaching.
We have experienced a significant growth in terms of volume of customers over the last 3 years, and we need more support than our current VA is able to handle – thus we are growing our VA team.
Your role will be to provide support to our existing and future customers by email and managing social media platforms (responding to FB, Instagram, You Tube comments and messages).
This role allows you to work in a calm environment and you will always get a chance to check or reference something if need be. However what is important for us is attention to detail, dedication, and genuine care for our customers, as well as efficiency and creative approach in resolving problems and trouble-shooting. This is not a copy-paste or script job – we prefer personal, common sense, approach initiative and proactivity over rigid procedures.
You will also need to be capable of understanding our niche (spirituality / energy work / Starseeds / psychic development) and willing to commit time to learning about it to understand our offers and programmes and be able to advise our customers and prospective customers about them.
Your role will include:
– responding to social media comments and messages
– responding to emails
– managing social media and keeping the channels troll and scammer free
– approving members into the support groups
– approving / moderating posts in the support groups
– advising prospective customers and responding to queries about details of programmes and courses
You need to be:
– Experienced in customer service
– Experienced in moderating social media
– Comfortable in using Meta suite and managing You Tube channel
– Dedicated, attentive and caring
– Confident at researching and retrieving information
– Capable of understanding our niche and willing to commit time to learning about it
It’s a part time but permanent position with 20 hours / a week.
Hours of work
(all in Philippines time):
??5 am – 8 all PH Mon to Friday
5 am to 10 am on Sunday (or if more suitable: 6 am to 11 am or 7 am to 12 pm – we are flexible)
Salary
Starting salary: $300 / month
Salary review after 6 months and annually thereafter
Holiday
2 weeks paid holiday over Christmas (usually between 20 December and 3 January)
After one full year of work: 2 more weeks paid holiday
Start date
To be agreed, but no later than 1 February.
Full training will be provided.
