Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our fulfillment team. The Customer Service Rep will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by managing various tasks related to client onboarding and support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Set up onboarding processes for new clients, including duplicating and assigning Asana boards and Google Sheets intake forms.
– Maintain and update the Monday board with client progress and updates.
– Communicate with clients to obtain approval screenshots and categorize them into designated Google Drive folders.
– Follow up with clients to push along progress
– Input credit card application data points into master data spreadsheet.
– Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
– Prior experience in customer service is required.
– MUST have Experience in US based credit system
– Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Slack and G-suite.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
– Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
