Job Description

KDG Management is looking for a people driven individual to manage incoming and outgoing
messages. We are looking for someone motivated and experienced using CRMs such as
Redtail. Excellent communication skills, including spoken English is a must, and heavy
computer experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
> Engage with clients via calls and emails, providing top-tier customer service with
enthusiasm and professionalism.
> Demonstrate a passion for customer service by going above and beyond to meet
client needs and exceed expectations.
> Efficiently manage client data and inquiries using Redtail CRM, ensuring accuracy
and attention to detail.
> Utilize BombBomb to create personalized and engaging video messages for
enhanced client communication.
> Maintain a highly organized approach to record-keeping of customer interactions,
transactions, and feedback.
> Show exemplary punctuality and readiness in responding to client queries,
reflecting a commitment to promptness in all work activities.
> Work in close coordination with the principal advisor, to facilitate
seamless client advisories.
> Display an unwavering motivation to learn, grow, and contribute positively to the
team and the broader objectives of KDG Management.
> Actively participate in team collaborations to refine customer service processes and
optimize the use of system tools.

Qualifications:
> Strong background in customer service, with a demonstrated passion for excellence
in client interactions.
> Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written forms.
> High proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Redtail, and comfort with
communication technologies like BombBomb.
> Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
> Outstanding organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability
to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
