Job Description

We need a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT who has an Inbound/Outbound CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND with a NEUTRAL ENGLISH ACCENT.

We are a Residential and Commercial Cleaning Service company looking for an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills who has a CLOSE-TO-AMERICAN or NEUTRAL English phone accent. You will be in charge of the following: Receiving inbound calls from potential clients/applicants; Handling inquiries; Setting appointments and booking cleaners on our calendar; Following up or calling back phone leads; Taking notes of client requests/cancellations; Reaching out to our cleaners about Client requests/changes/cancellations; Updating our clients, leads, and cleaners; Review resumes and applications to identify qualified cleaners; Coordinate and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role; Assist in recruitment of new cleaners; Email and Calendar management; and some ad-hoc administrative tasks.

We will provide orientation and training on our company workflows, SOPs, and platforms. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner and be proficient or at least very familiar within 2 weeks of joining us. Job Specification and Requirements:
– Must be proficient in verbal and written English (C2 or above)
– Must be organized and HAS GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL
– Must have a close-to-American or neutral accent
– Must have experience in Customer Service (Inbound or Outbound Calls)
– Experience in HR recruitment or management (US Recruiting is a BIG PLUS)
– Prior work experience in cleaning services is a PLUS
– Able to research and perform tasks with minimum supervision
– Must be proactive & have great initiative
– Must be a problem-solver and a go-getter
– DEPENDABLE & TRUSTWORTHY

Must have Relevant Experience in:
– Customer Service (Inbound or Outbound Calls)
– Email Management
– Calendar Management
– Administrative Assistance / Executive Assistance
– Asana
– Microsoft Suite Tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
– Google Suite Tools (Spreadsheet, Docs, etc.)
– Manual Online Dialing Systems (Grasshopper, Mojo, etc.)

Technical/Workspace Specifications:
– Internet not lower than 25 Mbps
– Backup Internet (REQUIRED)
– Noise cancellation headset (REQUIRED)
– Webcam
– Back-up Power is a HUGE BONUS!
