Job Description

In search for someone who speaks English fluently to answer incoming customer calls and can call out to customers to gather information. Excellent communication/social skills are needed. Detail oriented for collecting job information from customer and data entry into system. Excellent data/connection for calling to USA is required. Text messaging on iphones required.
This is a part-time job as we are a new start-up company (1 year this month). Even though the hours needed to be available for calls is 8am-4pm, you will not be receiving calls back to back. Expect an average of 5 to 15 calls a day.
You will be provided with a script of common questions/answers that customers ask. Along with the list of details needed to be collected from customer for each call. Extensive online meeting and training will be done to make sure you understand criteria for customers, and are ready for the job.
Job Tasks:
1. Answer incoming bookings for moving jobs from customers online – Ask questions, give answers and input simple data entry on job details given
2. Call customers that are in our system to gain further information about their move
3. Input job details into forms/spreadsheet/software to then be scheduled to workers
Expectations:
1. Have a very welcoming tone always and be easy to talk to (customers appreciate someone who asks how their day is!)
2. Give concise answers to the customer about our business, what services we offer, what the workers can and can not do, if our availability is open for more jobs on a certain date etc…
3. Answer ALL incoming calls during work hours. Phone number will be posted online for customers to call anytime and book over the phone or ask questions
4. Follow instructions well. If so, when applying please include the number “twenty four” in your application title anywhere.
5. Notate any important details the customer gives about a job for the helpers to know beforehand
6. Be willing to meet with me via online call/zoom once a week or so to go over progress
7. Answer text messages
If you feel you apply to the tasks and expectations we would love to have you on the team! The job is low stress and low time commitment allowing it to be a great part time job. However, when the company phone does ring you need to be able to answer it or give a very quick call back!
