THE JOB:

1. Answer incoming customer service and sales phone calls from Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 PST.

2. Monitor email communications in all 6 different email accounts. Read emails, use macros (pre-saved responses) as necessary and answer questions with the highest level of customer service. Boost product knowledge to accurately respond to customers.

REQUIREMENTS
– Positive Attitude
– EXCELLENT written and verbal English
– Close to American Accent.
– “Can-do” personality who wants to learn and grow.
– Stable and Fast Internet Connection
– A PC in good working condition.
– Must have access to headset with microphone for phone calls.
– Must have access to a webcam for weekly video meetings on PST.
– able to work 5 days a week according to the scheduled times below:

40 hours per week with some flexibility to work hours so long as they fall within US business hours. The work schedule will be approximately as follows:

Monday- Friday : 8:30-5:00 PST (8 Hours)
