Ylopo is looking for our next superstar Customer Service Concierge. Our team will handle inbound calls for our realtor clients. We’re looking to find a new team member who can confidently perform as the real estate concierge for our clients. Your role is to be a friendly voice on the phone (you’ll be self-identifying as someone working in the realtor’s office), qualify the incoming caller and perform a warm transfer to our clients.

Customer Service Concierge Key Responsibilities:

Qualify inbound callers and promptly perform warm transfers to realtor clients.

Should the realtor-client not pick up the transfer, you will need to ask for more information from the caller and note down their buying or selling needs

Flexibility to do both inbound and outbound calls (note, this is not a sales role)
Achieve performance metrics and goals set by management

At least 1 – 3 years of call center experience in either customer service or the real estate industry

Track record of high achievement – tell us what you’ve done that makes you a winner!

Integrity, energy, and genuine desire to understand and solve customer problems

Ability to think on your feet

A good conversationalist can talk casually with a client (nonscripted)

Confident, competitive, high-level work ethic, sense of urgency, and a closer mentality

Strong listening and presentation skills

Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and keen on taking notes

Transcription experience is a plus

Experience in using Five9, a browser-based call center platform is a plus

System Requirements:

Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
MUST have the latest Operating System
Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
Back up power source

Shift: Pacific Time

Rate: PHP 40,000
