Reports To
The Customer Service Coordinator will report to the Client Success Director.
Job Overview
The Customer Service Coordinator works remotely to assist our leadership teams worldwide with coordinating resources, equipment, meetings, and information as well as high-level Customer Service and client success strategies to obtain and retain clients. They organize projects to get them completed on time and within budget. Workshift in US Pacific Time
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that client’s needs are met as projects evolve
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests
Qualifications
Three years of experience in a related field
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Shift
Official work shift 8 am – 12 pm PST (flexibility available depending on workload or department)
Onboarding 8:30 am – 12:30 pm PST – 2 days
Training 8:30am – 12:30apm PST – 2-6 days
Compensation
USD $550 – $850 per month
