EXPERIENCE WITH SOCIAL MEDIA ALGORITHMS/ MARKETING A GREAT ASSET
CORE DAILY DUTIES
Responding to project inquiries from social media, email, and phone
Providing quotes and estimates to inquiries and answering questions as needed with intention to close the job booking.
Booking projects in calendar when clients are ready to proceed
Issuing invoices and prompt client to send project deposit for booking.
Tracking bookings and payments
Following up with clients on payments and job confirmation, progress of projects
Minor company admin/bookkeeping such as updating job revenue, payments, etc in excel or CRM
SECONDARY DUTIES
Assist in helping generate new client interest throuogh Social Media marketing strategies whenever CORE duties are completed and there is free time (i.e. posting of social media, reaching out to new followers as basic examples)
Looking for female representative with no obvious accent and speaks fluent English.
If the candidate is a strong fit for our Company and meets or surpasses expectations there is definitely potential for bonus and extra incentives added later on when she meets set targets, to be discussed later.
Previous experience in Social Media Marketing is a great asset and preference will be given to those who can bring this asset to our company!
Position duties are not very demanding and this is not a very stressful or demanding. We ask mainly for the candidate to be available and prompt when on the job and be ready and flexible to help with tasks as we are a rapidly expanding company and duties will change slightly as needed.

Starting salary is fixed, with bonuses (range from $300-$1000USD extra a month) added as you become more experienced and contribute to closing of new sales independently.
You will be trained on-goingly and you can expect first 6 months to be the learning period. After 6 months we will review performance and discuss bonuses and incentives! The sky if your limit! This position is fun and exciting for the most part as we always end up with happy returning clients ๐ though you have to be experienced in handling difficult situations and resolving issues as well.
