Job Description

We are seeking a Property Management Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional coordination between our tenants, landlords, and vendors. Customer service and being organized in a fast-paced environment is a must.

**CORE DUTIES**

Act as the primary point of contact for tenant and landlord inquiries, providing excellent customer service through email, phone, and messaging platforms.

Vendor Coordination: Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair services with vendors, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions to property-related issues.

Issue Resolution: Address tenant and landlord concerns, troubleshoot problems, and find suitable solutions to maintain positive relationships.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communication, service requests, and vendor interactions. Save documents, and create tasks for tracking in the Buildium software.

Emergency Response: Handle emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, collaborating with vendors and property management as necessary.

Compliance: Ensure all property-related activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and property management policies. Abide by established SOP’s and procedures. Check policies/procedures when unsure.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

-University degree, ID, headshot
-Reliable computer, internet connection, and electricity
-Proven experience in customer service, property management, or a related field.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
-Proficiency with computer software
-Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
-Must not be working another job or taking on side projects. Expected to be available full-time while on the clock. Computer screen monitoring software must be turned on in order for hours worked to be counted. Sick time or any incidents will require documentation.
-Accounting/bookkeeping background is a plus, but not required.

**PAY**
-Months 1-3: $450
-Months 4-6: $475
-Months 7-9: $500
-Months 10-12: $525
-If performance warrants, pay increase can occur much sooner.
-After that based on performance. Current team members are paid above what is listed.
-90 day probation period
-Bonuses are provided for excellent work.
