Customer Service cum Office Administrator (Work remotely based in Philippines, with work experience in Australia)

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
o Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
o Conduct telemarketing calls to promote product with clear product knowledge and seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and facilitate the expansion of the company’s client database.
o Support sales team with processing quotation, sales order & filing
o Attend to customer enquiries & follow up
o Coordinate orders and lead time with operations
o Maintain good relationship with customer
o Be familiar with product offerings and market trends
o To attend, participate and assist out of office promotional events such as trade shows and expo.
o Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
o Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
o Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
o Any other ad-hoc duties required
2. Administrative Support:
o Perform general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
o Manage ex-stock list and record incoming and outgoing stocks
o Support sales team in matching, reserving and updating of stock status
o Ensure stock inventory list is accurate and up-to-date at all times
o Update stock inventory on website and assist Marketing team on lead generation, EDM and
generating reviews
o Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
o Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and in hard copy format.
o Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
3. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
o Input and update customer information in the database.
o Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
o Generate reports and analyze data as needed to support business operations.
4. Team Collaboration:
o Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
o Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
o Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:
• Must have work experience in Austrialia field
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Training will be provided in Singapore time zone, after training completed work remote timing will be follow Australia time zone.
