We offer two critical construction jobsite services in one convenient delivery. Our redbox+ Elite dumpsters combines construction debris hauling with jobsite toilets for the construction crew built right into the frame of our patented roll off dumpsters). We can deliver and service both componentes with our double duty trucks, keeping traffic and emissions to a minimum. We exist to save our customers money, time, space, productivity, with one less headache on their construction projects. We operate with an “On Time- Every Time” service standard to give our customers the peace of mind to focus on other aspects of their construction project.
redbox+ Dumpsters of the Suncoast is looking for a friendly, customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to improve our team. Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Provide backup phone / text / email support for existing or new customer orders and prospect inquiries.
2. Maintain excellent records in Go High Level, our CRM software
3. Qualify, follow up, and or forward on digital marketing leads generated from email and text campaign.
– Over time you may be asked to create such campaigns and be recognized and rewarded for their success.
4. Help organize truck delivery routes and communicate route changes with drivers.
5. Assist CEO with various reporting, billing, and other administrative tasks.
6. Effectively communicate and serve as the liaison between drivers and customers.
7. Prepare daily and weekly activity / status reports to be discussed with owners of the business
Required Skills:
Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly demeanor, the ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn. We can teach you the rest!
• Customer service skills including basic sales, relationship building, and problem resolution
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills a must!
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, experience with Go High Level a PLUS.
• Ability to master web based software for company specific operations and accounting
• Eagerness and ability to learn about construction and waste management, including:
– industry lingo,
– various types of equipment and pricing, and what is most cost effective for customer specifi needs.
– local logistics and traffic patterns
– dynamic pricing variables to arrive at a win/win solution for our clients and our company.

• Independent and critical thinking related to logistics and customer experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities
• Pay close attention to detail.
• The confidence to make a judgement call when needed, not be afraid to make a mistake, solve problems creatively and bring any unsolved problems to the attention of management before they turn into bigger problems for the customer or company.

Hours & Work Location:
• The hours can be either 10AM – 6PM or 8AM – 4PM Eastern time, Monday – Friday.
• Work location can be your home or office.
• IMPORTANT!!! Fast and reliable internet / broadband is a critical requirement (phone systems are VOIP -internet based).
• Typical Workday (Varies because work related to customer request can vary greatly)
o 20%-30% – Customer Service-related tasks (Phone/Text/Email Support)
o 20%-30% – Digital Marketing and CRM related tasks (follow up on leads, adding to sales funnel, requesting reviews)
o 20%-30% – Operations support (booking orders and communication with drivers for logistics and route planning)
o 20%-30% – Administrative reporting, Billing, Collections and Executive support on projects to help CEO & GM
Training:
Once hired, we will provide fully paid training on all aspects of the business you will be assisting in including basic industry knowledge, specialized software training, mastering local logistics, and custom reporting. you will not be expected to take incoming client calls until this training is complete.

You’ll be working with the CEO. As our business grows, growth in responsibilities is likely for top performers, and the possibilities of managing other VA’s and Customer Support members will be likely.
