Job Description

THE ROLE

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Excel Expert who is a Superstar that works autonomously in partnering with clients – pre and after care service covering onboarding, training, after care support; improving and maintaining the Ultimate Sourcing Sheet (USS); and developing strategic objectives through planning and, monitoring and appraising job results.

We operate a range of services to support our customers in running eCommerce stores, selling on the Amazon marketplace. We have two core products, one a lead service that provides information on where to find a product that you can buy low, resell high, for a profit on the Amazon marketplace. The second service is a recruitment and training service for virtual assistants to work within other Amazon seller’s businesses.

Over the last year, we have nearly doubled our headcount over the previous six months, and this shows no signs of slowing down as we expand into the USA market.

All our content, services and products are educational based around training and supporting our clients in selling on the Amazon marketplaces which is separate to this.

The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

KEY RESULT AREA #1 USS Mastery

Display full knowledge of the product and continuously finding opportunities to develop its features and usage
Improve functionality of the USS
Perform day to day USS support requirements
Complete the Document Control and other documentation requirements
Performance Metrics: Complete documentation, No. of completed feature enhancements

KEY RESULT AREA #2 Account Management
Build partnership and rapport with clients through various communication medium e.g chat, email, social media
Conduct client call to gather feedback on the company’s product and service
Onboard new clients and provide after-care technical support
Respond and resolve customer concerns and complaints
Performance Metrics: No. of onboarded clients, Compliance to SLA, Response time, No. of Resolved case

KEY RESULT AREA #3 Project Management
Handle end to end project interface
Create and implement plans and review projects results
Develop and improve project systems and strategies
Performance Metrics: Project timelines, Milestones

THE REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Finance or any-related course from a reputable university
At least 2 years in a customer service support role
At least 2 years in-depth experience in Excel sheet usage
Preferably from a service-based background
