Job Description

We are an e-commerce and retail brand based in Singapore, and we are looking for a self-motivated individual with a love for people and customer service to join our team as a virtual Customer Service and Admin Executive.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
– Proactively and promptly respond to queries empathetically in relation to our products, promotions, customer orders, deliveries and shipping information
– Providing solutions and alternatives to deal with queries and complaints where required
– Record and track all customer interactions to share relevant information with other departments and ensure that the appropriate follow-up action is taken on outstanding queries
– Work closely and coordinate with other departments to ensure that queries and issues are responded to and resolved on a timely basis
– Refining and improving existing processes and practices
– Investigate order issues and discrepancies
– Represent the brand as an ambassador to create a smooth and positive experience for all existing and potential customers
– Keeping up to date and being well-versed with our products, new launches and promotions

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) and people skills
– Must have experience with Shopify and e-commerce
– Experience with Gorgias is a plus
– Experience with working with a Singapore company is a plus
– 1 year relevant experience in a customer service / administrative field is a bonus
– Experience in e-commerce customer service is a bonus
– Strong inclination to achieve customer satisfaction through delivering excellent and proactive service
– Excellent problem solving skills
– Good multi-tasker with the ability to coordinate across departments and organising tasks
– Strong attention to detail
– A team player with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
– Have an interest and passion for the brand and what it stands for
