Flower Chimp is an exciting young startup based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. We are on a mission to digitalize South East Asia’s floral industry by connecting local florists with their customers through a sophisticated online platform. Since our launch in June 2016, we’ve been growing rapidly and currently offering 100+ types of flowers, bouquets, fruit baskets, and seasonal products on our site.

Qualifications:
1. Senior High School (Required)
2. Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Job Description:
1. We are looking for individuals that have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
2. Provide the best customer support for customer inquiries
3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
4. Managing high volume amounts of incoming calls, email, chats from customers (blended-tasking).
5. Maintain a smooth workflow and handle distribution of orders to partners
6. Manage overall Customer Experience operations with partners
7. Any other duties may be deemed appropriate to this role that is assigned by supervisor.
What you will do:
1. Be the first responders for all queries from our customers using customer support platform built for e-commerce.
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
4. Take the extra mile to engage customers
5. You’re self-motivated, self-starting, self-assured……self!
6. A high sense of urgency and multitasking skills
7. Strong handling skills and active listening
8. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
9. Willing to work in shift rotations, including public holidays and weekends (no night-shift)
10. Must be fluent in written / speaking in English.
