We are looking for a full time, permanent Rockstar customer service specialist / executive assistant who can help us start and run this new department.

In this role you will be booking new Residential customer work as the requests come in and assist the owner in building and running our Residential Services Department.

Duties include but are not limited to:

– Assist the owner in building this new residential department.
– Give customers quotes and general customer service.
– Enter accurate customer information into our quoting software (Responsibid)
– Appointment Setting, Schedule customer work in our Software (Jobber)
– Take customer payments and follow up with customers on overdue invoices
– Schedule customer visits efficiently as to cut down on driving time
– Problem-solve staffing and customer scheduling issues daily
– Re-schedule with customers as necessary, providing excellent customer service
– Receive customer concerns and work with our crew to fix those concerns
– Track employee hours and bonuses and forward to our office manager
– Request 5 Star Google reviews from our customers
– Assist the owner in overseeing our marketing efforts

Basic Requirements:

– Working hours are from 8am – 4pm Central Standard Time, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week. (You will be taking customer calls so you must be available at these times).
– A laptop / computer with a second screen set up
– Headset / headphones / webcam for when we have video meeting
– Mouse and keyboard

Job Specific Requirements:

– Able to work from 8am to 4 PM CST to answer customer calls, give quotes and schedule appointments.
– Great verbal and written communication skills.
– Experienced in professional communications and customer service.
– Friendly, reliable, organized, detail-oriented and self motivated.
– Minimum of 2 Years experience in Customer Service.
– Minimum of 2 Years experience in Appointment Setting.
– Minimum of 2 Years experience as an Administrative Assistant
– Proven ability to be organized and problem solve on the job.
– Willing and able to learn our Scheduling, Estimating and other new software as needed.
– Fit into our performance culture and strive toward growth and improvement.
– Willingness to learn about the services we offer. (Window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing services).
