Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities an Customer Service Executive is assigned to assume:
– Ensure each prospective client or potential customer has a positive experience with our company
– Field incoming phone calls and successfully convert them to appointments
– Use the software and tools provided to manage various aspects of the job
– Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
– Adequately explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
– Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
– Complete required call sheets at the end of each day
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications and skills that we require:
– Minimum high school diploma, some college education preferred
– Experience working with North American companies/clients preferred
– Graphic designing is a plus but not required
– Background in tech support is a plus but not required
– Exhibit excellent communication skills (Neutral to no accent)
– Must be able to work independently
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Ability to work at least 8-10 hours each day, five days per week (Working 1 weekend day is highly preferred)
– A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
– Experience and willingness to work in a team environment
– Strong organizational skills
– Stable internet connection & quiet environment for calls
– Must be reliable, responsible, and have excellent work ethics
– Willingness to be interviewed ASAP is a MUST
– WILLING TO JOIN THE IN-PERSON TRAINING THAT COULD LAST FOR A WEEK
