Job Description:
The General VA role will consist of:
Following up with existing customers via text/email/phone to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
Managing DM’s/emails with customer issues
Minimal inbound and/or outbound calls regarding customer support.
Taking notes during meetings
Creating captions (with tools) and posting on social media accounts
Other adhoc tasks
This person will also do some light editing work using Canva and work closely with our leads who are also based in the Philippines to complete tasks.
Wage: $3.50/hr+ DOE
Evaluation for salary increase at 90 days and Health Insurance at 6 months
Hours: Full time (40 hrs/week)
Shift: Night-time or Graveyard, should be flexible (EST business hours)
Requirements:
Excellent Attendance (non-negotiable requirement)
NBI Clearance and 2 Forms Of Identification (non-negotiable requirement)
Stable internet connection & reliable computer with a functioning headset (non-negotiable requirement)
Working mobile phone that can post reels (non-negotiable requirement)
Low frequency of power outages (non-negotiable requirement)
Proficient English/ accent reduction
Graphic Design: Canva Experience
Customer Service experience
Social Media experience
Speaks & writes English with proper grammar
Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes
High energy, a positive mindset, and a hard work ethic
