Hi,
We’re looking to hire a part-time (20 – 30 hours a week, with room to grow) customer support agent who should have experience with previous customer support roles. You will be working closely with our team but will also be expected to be self-sufficient.
We currently have two other VAs who have been with us for multiple years, we reward loyalty to us with loyalty to you.
We’re a GPS tracking company based in Australia.
Our timezone is AEST (UTC +10). You will be expected to work between 8AM AEST & 6PM AEST during the week and weekends for a few hours a day. For example, your schedule will be going online at around 8AM, clearing out the email inbox (this may take you an hour or two).
Then hop on after another 2 hours or so, repeat and continue this until 6PM.
If you run out of emails to complete there will be other tasks for you to do if you’d like.

– All tasks will be performed through email
– Answer any questions/issues/feedback from customers
