About Your Role: More Than Just Customer Service

We are seeking a committed Customer Service & Fleet Coordinator to manage our fleet of trucks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role goes beyond just dispatching; it’s about maintaining the Freight Plus standard every day.

Key Responsibilities

1. Efficient Fleet Management: Plan and dispatch our fleet to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
2. Impeccable Customer Service: Act as the primary liaison for any delivery updates or issues.
3. Driver Liaison: Effectively communicate route changes or updates to our drivers.
4. Record-keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all dispatch and fleet activities.
5. Ad-hoc Tasks: As a cohesive team, you may also undertake additional responsibilities.

Who We’re Looking For

– Experience: A minimum of 2 years in dispatching or logistics is required.
– Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
– Mindset: The ability to work independently, think creatively, and problem-solve are crucial attributes.
