Note: Day off would be Sat-Sun
This role starts ASAP.
As a Customer Service Representative at Five Star Retail Brands, a typical day will include the following:
Provide excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and text messages
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Cooperate with other team members and report to the superiors
Process cancellations, refunds, and returns
Communicate to the warehouse to ensure we’re delivering all orders on time
Update customers about the status of their orders
Archiving emails
What you need:
At least 3 years of experience in customer service on the phone
At least 1-year experience in a remote job or work from home
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Excellent spoken English and confidence in speaking on the phone
Can-do mindset, with a sense of ownership, pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
