Position: Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Wonders Assembly Media, a successful Singapore-based company, has a rich history of engaging and working with talented individuals globally. We currently seek a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team, supporting our e-commerce dropshipping store.

Job Description:

The primary role of our Customer Service Representative is to provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries throughout the day and fulfill orders during the evening. You will work in tandem with our leadership team and collaborate with our marketing team to ensure a seamless and rewarding customer experience.

What You Can Expect:

Though this role is primarily remote, there may be opportunities for international collaboration, depending on circumstances. This position provides a unique chance to be a part of our rapidly expanding company, interacting with international counterparts and growing professionally.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Fulfill customer orders during U.S. time zones (10am-7pm)
• Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Handle refunds promptly and appropriately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
