Compensation:

Hours:
– 7 am through 4 pm MST, Monday through Friday (with a one-hour lunch break)
– 40 hours per week
– Hours are tracked using Time Doctor, a cloud-based employee time-tracking software
Qualifications:
– Must fit the Company’s culture and core values, namely being honest, ethical, and positive
– Must be responsible, professional, and a team player
– Has high standards and attention to detail
– At least 2 years of customer service experience
– At least 2 years of sales experience
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Ability to learn and use Google Workplace tools and CRM software
– Highly trainable with strong listening skills and an ability to follow instructions
– Openness to learning new strategies, skills, and techniques
– Perseverance and ability to receive and accept feedback
– A private, dedicated, personal workspace with a fast and reliable internet connection (at least 40 MB per second)
Duties:
– Answer inbound customer service and sales calls and chats
– Solve email tickets in the customer service software
– Fill out miscellaneous reports daily, weekly, and monthly
– Organize commercial customers and their progress in CRM software

– A non-compete agreement is required but will be limited to primarily e-commerce water filtration businesses for a period of one year only
