Qualifications:
-Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and vocabulary.
-Possess a clear and easily understandable communication style for effective interaction.
-Skilled in email etiquette and capable of composing professional and courteous emails.
-Strong problem-solving abilities, able to think quickly on your feet and find solutions.
-Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in handling order updates and issue resolution, is required.
-Customer-centric approach with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
-Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles within the same industry.
-Familiarity with customer service tools such as Nextiva for calls and Gmail for emails is a plus.
