Job Description

I’m seeking a virtual assistant for one of my clients who is in the Pest Control field. This VA will be responsible for various tasks including appointment setting, answering calls, following up on leads, conducting customer surveys, requesting reviews, and gently promoting sales.

For instance, if a caller mentions receiving a better quote from XYZ company, you can respond with, “That’s a great deal! However, allow me to explain why going with us is a better choice. We offer a comprehensive 5-year warranty, along with many other benefits…” Don’t be afraid to engage in some friendly competition!

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for our bee removal technicians.
Answer incoming calls and respond to general customer inquiries.
Follow up on leads and gather necessary information for potential customers.
Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and improve service.
Request reviews from satisfied customers to build our online reputation.
Promote sales by highlighting the benefits of choosing our company over competitors.

Additional Duties:
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the virtual assistant may also be expected to perform other tasks as needed. These additional duties may include:
Researching and implementing new marketing strategies.
Assisting with social media management and content creation.
Helping with data entry and organization.
Providing general administrative support to the team.
Some cold calling and lead generation may be required.
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the virtual assistant should possess the following qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Willing to be trained using software: GoHighLevel CRM
