What Success Looks Like

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong passion and strength in online customer service, an understanding of customer service reports, and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions that allow us to win in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities – How You Will Make a Difference:

– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Manage the community management

– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution when required
– Meet personal customer service team targets
– Manage the brand’s reputation across all review sites & respond to all the enquiries of customers from Okendo Q&A
– Monitor ticket trends and provide insights to be able to take action
– Execute other tasks that may be required to take the brand to the next level

Who You Are:

– Preferred bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
– At least 1 – 3 years of experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints online
– Have at least one year of experience handling projects with at least a typing speed of 40 words per minute
– Must be able to pick up and implement a specific communication style rapidly
– Must have excellent written English –
– Ideally, experience in Shopify, , Facebook, re-amaze
– Available to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Philippine Time)
– Agreeable to work with a timekeeper – Hubstaff
– Must have fast and reliable internet and workstation (laptop or desktop)
