We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team for the role of Customer Service Manager.

SALARY: TBD

Key Responsibilities
– Handle all customer support needs, answer live chats and calls, perform outbound calls, reply to customer tickets
– Ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service
– Process refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks timely
– Coordinate with our external partners
– Training and onboarding new hires within the Customer Support team
– Collaborate with teams and other departments to improve processes
– Contribute ideas, lead by example and embrace the team culture
– Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
– Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
– Develop service procedures, policies and standards
– Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
– Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
– Supervise, mentor and develop Customer Support Specialists and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

Qualifications
– Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager or Assistant Manager (+2 Years)
– Experience in providing customer service support
– Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
– Proficiency in English
– Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
– Required: 2+ Years of Experience with Shopify
– Required: 2+ Years of Experience with Gorgias
– Required: 2+ Years of Experience with Amazon
– Preferred: 2+ Years of Experience with Cloudtalk
– Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
– Ability to think strategically and to lead
– Strong client-facing and communication skills
– Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
– Customer service orientation
– BS degree in Business Administration or related field
